In an effort to keep our retailers informed, I’d like to share with you a message recently shared by the NICS Business Relations Team. This change is the continuation of the process test NICS ran over the weekend. At this time NICS remains fully operational, however, FFLs have reported experiencing extended hold times. In order to provide better service, the NICS Section has decided to implement a workflow change.
