Today, Governor Baker unveiled his Reopen Massachusetts plan to start to bring some semblance of an economy back to the Bay State. As of today, May 18 both firearm retailers and shooting ranges are allowed to open immediately.  The retailers have fortunately been open due to a successful federal court challenge.   
 
A separate document outlining Outdoor Recreation is more specific and lists both indoor and outdoor shooting ranges as being open for business.  Please refer to the new standards that will apply universally to all workplaces that are open in Phase 1, and are designed to reduce the risk of COVID-19 transmission to employees and customers.
