West Palm Beach Lifts State of Emergency – Firearm & Ammo Sales to Resume
The Mayor of West Palm Beach has lifted the State of Local Emergency, effective immediately. Lifting this State of Local Emergency allows firearm retailers to resume the sales and display of firearms and ammunition.
As NSSF® previously reported, when the Mayor declared a State of Local Emergency due to civil unrest, Florida statute section 870.044 prohibited the sale of firearms and ammunition during the declared emergency.
