The Kentucky Firearm Industry Nondiscrimination (FIND) Act, House Bill 123, has been introduced in the Kentucky state legislature by Republican Rep. Savannah Maddox. This bill would prohibit the state of Kentucky from entering into contracts with any company, regardless of industry, unless they agree in writing that they do not have policies of discrimination against our industry.
