New Hampshire Enhanced Preemption HB 307 Needs Your Support

The New Hampshire House of Representatives is scheduled to vote on HB 307, an important Enhanced Firearms Preemption Bill, which provides strong protections against local gun laws for manufacturers, dealers and gun owners alike. We are expecting a floor vote in the coming weeks and we need NSSF^® manufacturers and retailers to express their support for stopping local gun control. This legislation will strengthen the state’s current preemption statute regarding firearms and ammunition.

The House of Representatives passed HB 307, but the Senate amended it so the House must vote to concur with that amendment.

There has been a lot of misinformation going around, but in short, the amended version of HB 307 still has strong protections for all who are involved with firearms and is still supported by NSSF, GOA and NRA. So please, do not wait, contact your state representatives and urge them to vote yes on the motion to concur with the senate amendment.
