ACT NOW: We Need Letters Of Support For Kentucky Firearm Industry Nondiscrimination (FIND) Act
The firearm industry is regularly discriminated against by big banks, insurance and tech companies trying to enact their own gun control. In an effort to end this discrimination, the Kentucky Firearm Industry Nondiscrimination (FIND) Act, House Bill 123, has been introduced in the Kentucky state legislature by Republican Rep. Savannah Maddox. This bill would prohibit the state of Kentucky from entering into contracts with any company, regardless of industry, unless they agree in writing that they do not have policies of discrimination against our industry.
In order for HB 123 to become law, we need Kentucky firearm industry members to submit letters of support that demonstrate our industry’s impact in Kentucky and how serious of a threat the discrimination against our industry is.
